Partner par excellence – who and why
What does it truly mean to be a partner par excellence in business? Is it someone who delivers impressive results quickly, only to leave a trail of problems behind? Or is it the partner who steadily and reliably develops the market, builds relationships, shares knowledge, and earns trust day by day? Perhaps the honest answer is: partners who advance together – as equals, in a dynamic, synchronized rhythm.
An Opportunity Not to Miss
In early 2005, a brochure from an international trade fair in Germany reached Belgrade. A friend from London brought it. The catalogue was from Bioclimatic GmbH, an unknown company on the Serbian market at the time. Yet it was clearly positioned as a German company, rooted in the philosophy of clean air, innovation, and technical precision. At first glance: interesting. On second glance: an opportunity not to be missed.
Shortly after, representatives of Marquis Intelligence made contact. The trip was not impulsive. The decision was deliberate, yet swift. Just days later, an invitation letter arrived from Mr. Werner Schröder, CEO and owner of Bioclimatic GmbH, with a simple but powerful message: “Come to Bad Nenndorf. Let’s meet.”
From Words to Action
Thus, communication began in early 2005.
On August 26, 2005, Mr. Schröder issued the official authorization, appointing Marquis Intelligence as the general representative of Bioclimatic GmbH for Serbia and Montenegro.
A non-expiring contract was signed the following month, in September 2005. By the end of the year, Marquis Intelligence completed the first import of Bioclimatic GmbH devices to Serbia.
Mutual Respect and Affinity
Thus, the journey led the representatives of Marquis Intelligence to Germany.
They were greeted personally by Mr. Werner Schröder, engineer, founder, visionary, a man of clear words and even clearer ideas. From the very first encounter, genuine mutual respect. Without excessive protocol, Mr. Schröder, openly and warmly, involved both the technical and general managers in walking the guests through the production facility.

Impressive Product Line by Bioclimatic GmbH
They were presented with the key product lines:
- Devices for bipolar ionization of air: Aerotron, Aerotec, AirDeco, Aeromat – with standard and silver-coated dielectric barrier discharge tubes, in different numbers and types depending on length, including special heated tubes for demanding operating conditions,
- Control and management units for bipolar ionization devices,
- Textile air duct production lines,
- UV lamps in honeycomb-style arrays, as well as standard UV lamps of various wavelengths, power levels, and applications,
- VIROXX sterilization systems, both stationary and mobile, with MPG certification,
- PHOENIX exhaust air purification chambers, protected by a global patent.
The explanations were well-intentioned, though delivered with a note of caution.
The Beginning of the Marquis Intelligence – Bioclimatic GmbH Collaboration
Bioclimatic GmbH initially proposed focusing solely on local ionization devices.
“We like it all. We’ll do it all,” said Marquis Intelligence.
Bioclimatic GmbH was skeptical. Then they were surprised. What won them over wasn’t just enthusiasm, but exceptional technical understanding – followed by quick results.
That’s how they became partners. Partners par excellence.
From Words to Action
Upon returning to Belgrade on August 26, 2005, Marquis Intelligence was appointed official general representative, distributor, and service provider for Bioclimatic GmbH in Serbia and Montenegro.
A non-expiring contract was signed in September 2005.
Marquis Intelligence made the first import of Bioclimatic GmbH devices to Serbia by the end of the year.
This formalised the collaboration, but what developed alongside it was far more valuable: mutual trust, professional respect, and true partnership.
Meetings became regular – not just at fairs but also through joint visits, planning sessions, and knowledge exchange.
From Pioneers to Recognition: Bioclimatic GmbH and Marquis Intelligence
By 2008, the first official recognition arrived from the HVAC industry – an award at the KGH Congress in Belgrade.
Following this, the Green Building Council of Serbia awarded the project, affirming the project’s innovation and environmental sustainability.
Marquis Intelligence became Bioclimatic GmbH’s key strategic partner – a partner par excellence.
In 2015, Mr. Schröder personally entrusted Marquis Intelligence with business development in London.
What followed were concrete results – prestigious references and technically demanding implementations.
The highlight of this success: the Best in Tech award at the renowned The Brit List Awards in London, 2022.

Projects That Speak for Themselves
Over two decades, led by Marquis Intelligence, Bioclimatic GmbH devices were implemented in over a hundred buildings, including:
IT sector in Belgrade: Microsoft, CISCO, Nordeus, SBT.
Hospitality: The Beaumont Hotel – London, Hilton – Belgrade & Podgorica, Mamula and Mövenpick – Bay of Kotor, Flamingo – border of Greece and North Macedonia.
Private homes and apartments are now a significant focus, with over 10 systems currently being installed.

A Moment Worth Remembering
It is no coincidence that during the 40th anniversary celebration of Bioclimatic GmbH in 2018, the two co-owners of Marquis Intelligence, Vladimir Janaćković and Gordana Blagić, were among the honored guests.
Held in early July, the event brought together trusted international partners. And at that celebration, the first glass of champagne was raised by Marion Krome, now owner and CEO of Bioclimatic GmbH – and handed, with a smile, to Gordana.
A gesture small in form, but rich in symbolism.
One year later, in August 2019, the Marquis Intelligence team visited again — this time as a family, confirming that what began as business had grown into something more meaningful.
