Challenging Selection Process

Selecting the five most important projects was no easy task, given the numerous successful implementations throughout the year. However, the chosen projects stand out for their scale, innovation, complexity of solutions, and significance to the properties involved.

While these projects are highlighted, we must also mention other noteworthy achievements, such as the “Kettering Priča” restaurant and the Levi 9 office space in the K District, Belgrade.

The TOP 5 Projects of 2024

So, here is the list, but also the basic information about the projects:

1. SkyLine, Belgrade, Serbia

2. • Scale: 13 floors with approximately 15,000 m².
   • Scope: Design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 50 air purification systems with 200 devices.
   • Objective: To enhance indoor air quality and improve working conditions in a prestigious mixed-use complex.

2. Microsoft, Ušće Towers 1 and 2, Belgrade, Serbia

1. • Scale: 13 floors, approximately 14,000 m².
   • Scope:
     • Delivery, installation and commissioning of 25 bipolar ionization systems on centralized HVAC systems and
     • Implementation and commissioning of a unique kitchen exhaust purification chamber. The chamber is integrated with a heat recovery system. It achieves 99% efficiency in reducing particles and grease and 90% effectiveness in odour reduction.

3. The Parliament of Serbia, Belgrade, Serbia

1. • Unique Feature: A historically significant building in the downtown of Belgrade.
   • Scope: Delivery and installation of air treatment systems with controllers and sensors for air quality and ozone. The system is installed in old masonry ventilation shafts and adapted to the property’s specific conditions.

4. Hilton Hotel, Podgorica, Montenegro

1. • Scope: Implement solutions to neutralize tobacco smoke in guest rooms. The solution is suitable for reducing other unpleasant odours in the rooms and other spaces.
   • Inspiration: This project builds upon the success of a similar implementation at the Hilton Hotel, Belgrade.

5. Institute of Public Health, Podgorica, Montenegro

1. • Scope: Upgrading previously installed ventilation and air purification equipment for disinfection and odour reduction.
   • Result: The long-standing success of this system reaffirms client trust and the consistent quality of our solutions.
