According to numerology, 33 is the highest of the so-called master numbers. It represents universal love, spiritual maturity, and the ability to turn vision into action. This number is often associated with the highest potential realized through persistence, wisdom, and responsibility in the business world.<\/p>\n

Wisdom, responsibility, and strength are precisely the values embodied by Marquis Intelligence on its 33rd anniversary.<\/p>\n

A Rocky Start<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Many global companies have yet to start doing what they are known for today. Nokia manufactured toilet paper. Samsung traded fish. Siemens began as a small workshop for telegraph equipment.<\/p>\n

Though not comparable in scale, Marquis Intelligence, like these giants, also began in a completely different field\u2014the international trade in specialty products: synthetic oils, high-grade papers, and other items that demanded deep understanding and technical knowledge at every step.<\/p>\n

Speciality, no commodity<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By the time of its 33rd anniversary, Marquis Intelligence had become synonymous with air quality – but how did that happen?<\/p>\n

A Defining Moment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The turning point came in 2005, when people realised the importance of air and the growing demand for its purification. Air remains underappreciated and taken for granted.<\/p>\n

Today, air is the focus of science, engineering, and technology. Pollution has been proven to affect human health and longevity, while clean air contributes to quality of life, well-being, longevity, comfort, and even business success.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why working in air purification has always been – and still is – a real challenge.<\/p>\n

And so, Marquis Intelligence found its mission: air, because air is life.<\/p>\n

Selling Hot Air?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The first projects included Telekom, Tedoxin, and the Madera restaurant. One of the most critical early milestones was the project at the \u201cDijamant\u201d factory in Zrenjanin – the largest of these initial applications. Complex and demanding for a small company, it included the complete design of electrostatic filtration systems, heat recovery, ash collection and separation, and continuous particle emission monitoring. Nearly twenty years later, the system still works reliably.<\/p>\n

Among many anecdotes told within the company is one from its early days, when a bank director with whom Marquis Intelligence had a scheduled meeting asked a mutual acquaintance: \u201cAren\u2019t they just selling hot air?\u201d<\/p>\n

International Recognition<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The projects and growth kept coming, not necessarily in terms of the number of employees but in terms of knowledge and scope within air treatment.<\/p>\n

In the early years, projects were brought to the Split and Smederevo steelworks (US Steel). Later, numerous clients in the food industry came to us: Meggle, Carnex, Neoplanta, and Knjaz Milos.<\/p>\n

Significant contributions were made in healthcare, including the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, the general hospital in Subotica, the Sremska Kamenica Institute, the Clinical Center in Ni\u0161, and many more.<\/p>\n

Later, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Marquis Intelligence was invited to host a webinar for the renowned Atkins firm in London. Other key projects abroad include the Flamingo casino in North Macedonia, the Maya Bay restaurant at the Regent Hotel in Tivat, Montenegro, and the Beaumont Hotel in London, whose solution by Marquis Intelligence earned the “Best in Tech” award in the UK.<\/p>\n

Still, one project stands out for its complexity and demands: London City Airport (LCY), where Marquis Intelligence has been active for years, with multiple installations.<\/p>\n

Growth continues. Today, on its 33rd birthday, Marquis Intelligence stands out in the regional market and internationally.<\/p>\n

If a business year could carry a symbol, this one would surely be marked by 33 – not just for the number but also for the quality of decisions and the scale of achievements.<\/p>\n
